30-day return policy

Our hassle-free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. For return within 30 days of receipt, merchandise* will be accepted by the authorized BRP merchant who shipped the order and this dealer will refund the purchase price.

When you receive your order, the contact information of the authorized BRP merchant shipper will be displayed on the box. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.

*Some products cannot be returned. (see section "Products not eligible for return" below).


Conditions to return merchandise

  • The merchandise must be new, in perfect unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

 

Returning defective or damaged products

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise must be returned directly to the authorized BRP merchant shipper for warranty repair or replacement.

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.

If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the authorized BRP merchant shipper immediately. The contact information of the authorized BRP merchant shipper will be displayed on the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

 

How to do a return

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, as noted below:

  1. To initiate a return, call Kibo or log into your Kibo account to obtain a return number.
  2. You must ship the products back to the authorized BRP merchant shipper. We recommend using a shipping method that allows you to track the delivery process of your packaging.
  3. As mentioned above, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
  4. If the return is due to defective products, or an incorrect order, call Kibo to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
  5. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.
  6. If a restocking fee will apply to returned items, the amount of the fee is displayed on the final checkout screen when you complete the order and is noted on the packing list included with the order.

Products not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned. All sales are final.

  • Helmets;
  • Electric goggles;
  • Electric visors;
  • Decals;

Hazardous material and material containing chemicals (paint, primer, grease, solvent, lubricant, sealant, silicone, glue, cleaner, stabilizer, oils, batteries, etc.).
