What is Kibo?

BRP has partnered with Kibo, one of the world's leading providers of e-commerce solutions to branded manufacturers, to offer a superior online shopping experience. Kibo uses industry-standard GeoTrust security to ensure that manufacturers, retailers, and consumers can connect, communicate, and transact with total safety and confidence. Kibo is accredited with the Better Business Bureau and embraces its guiding principles. 


Placing orders    
The Kibo shopping service is designed to make it easy for you to find and purchase the special products you need. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Kibo manages the entire order process and assigns your order to an authorized North American BRP dealer. Upon placing an order through our website, you will receive communications regarding order and shipment status from Kibo.

All orders must be placed online. In order to ensure security, BRP do not accept orders by telephone, postal mail, fax, or email. BRP reserves the right to refuse any sale at any time.

 

Methods of payment

Most online stores managed by Kibo accept these payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa

When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and telephone number. If the billing address you give does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, BRP reserves the right to cancel the order without notification. BRP and Kibo cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with the institution and reorder once the problem is resolved.

BRP and Kibo do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. Sending credit card numbers by email is not secure and should never be practiced.

 

Sales tax   
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. In this case, the order total that you see at checkout will be adjusted to add the tax amount appropriate for your location.   

 

Back orders

The unique nature of the Kibo service limits the likelihood that your desired products will be back ordered. If the intelligent system cannot locate an acceptable "in stock" agent to ship your order, you will be notified by email. In most cases, you will be notified if your order is not shipped within one week.

 

Online Gift Cards (US Only)

This website offer online Gift Cards for sale. Any Gift Cards purchased on this website can only be used to buy products on this website. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Gift cards cannot be reloaded. To find out your Gift Card balance, visit shopatron.com/account.

If a Gift Card purchased on a BRP online store is lost or stolen, we will replace it with a Gift Card in the amount of the remaining balance, only if the purchaser's Gift Card confirmation email and Gift Card # are provided to us as proof of purchase.
